After I had my first 2 doses of vaccine in July 2021, I decided to have my booster today. Unlike before when I was hesitant to have my vaccine, today I really planned to have my booster shot this week. I think I did so because I find it alarming that many of my friends and teachers in school got sick due to the weather they are not Covid positive though.
So as I sat down, waiting for my turn I'm quite happy that I got to find a vaccination hub that's not crowded (see picture below)
The initial interview went well, as it only verified if I am fit to be vaccinated. So after a few minutes, off I go to the waiting area for vaccination. When I got there, there were only three of us in the queue. Later on, a young nursing student, , approached me and asked which of the available vaccines would I want to have. I got confused, as I wanted something that won't hurt and won't immobilize my arm as what other people felt. Yet I also wanted something strong that would protect me. The nurse took an effort in explaining to me the three available vaccines: Moderna, Pfizer, and Sino. So, I said I'd like to try on Pfizer.
When I was already seated in the allotted cubicle for Pfizer vaccinees, I asked the other nurse to take a picture of me having my jab. He took about 10 images, but I deleted them and chose only these which perfectly captured my feelings at that time.
So I'm done! Thanks to my long-time friend here Aldrin for patiently waiting for me there in the last room.
